Event Information

  • This event will be held rain or shine, with no alternate rain date or weather-related refunds.
  • Set up 6-8:30am (booth must be complete by 8:30am). Please do not begin booth tear down prior to 4pm.
  • Requests for specific booth locations will be considered on a first-come, first-served basis. Every attempt is made to accommodate your specific booth requests, but we cannot guarantee spaces.
  • Vendors are responsible for providing their own tents or booth coverings as well as tables and chairs.
  • Vendors must provide their own tent weights and ensure tents are properly secured in the event of wind, for their safety and the safety of fellow vendors.
